Workers hold Florida-based exec hostage in China, say he hasn't paid them $400 for two months work

Workers of a Florida-based medical supply company located in China, has been holding their 42-year-old employer Chip Starnes captive. About 80 workers are complaining that the executive owes them $400 for two months pay. In total, Starnes has been held for 5 days.
